Rent a Timeshare

Timeshare rentals have only been around for probably 2-4 years. The concept is advertising your timeshare for rent to hopefully cover your maintenance fees and taxes and put a little money in your pocket. There are lots of companies out there that offer timeshare rentals just be sure to do a little research and find the right one. If you are relying on marketing and advertising to get your property rented make sure they do what they say. If they claim to be on top for rent a timeshare check and make sure.
If you are in the market to sell your timeshare this is a great way to get someone to fall in love with your timeshare. If they visit the Timeshare Resort and know that you are selling they will probably get dragged into a timeshare tour of the resort and then get a price that they know is much higher than your price, that is if you took our opinion from our "Selling a Timeshare" and priced accordingly.
You can also hang flyers at your office and try to rent it out that way. Lets face it everyone is always looking for a cheap getaway and a timeshare is just the solution for them. If you can't use it then rent it. Why pay more fee's to RCI or II to bank your week when you can get it rented and make money instead of banking it and having it cost you more money. RCI and II are great when you can lock in the resort you want to reserve in there network but not if you don't have plans because before you know it your week will expire and you will be out of that money.
