If you don't think you can use the resort year after year think about listing with a timeshare rental company.  Timeshare rentals have become very popular in the past few years and is a great option for those owners who can't use there timeshare.  Don't expect to make money on renting your timeshare, think of it as recovering your cost of maintenance fee's and taxes for the year.
